Drinking my daily ACV shot, per usual. All the dirty details on why and how and when is below:

โ€ขregulates ph
โ€ขgreat for your vaginal health โ€” yay! (if you struggle with BV or yeast infections, ACV is your best friend).

Take a tablespoon or two of ACV (preferably one that is raw, organic, unfiltered, & unpasteurized), dilute it in water, add lemon or lime โ€” drink up!

๐–๐‡๐„๐ ๐“๐Ž:
I personally take it 2-3x a day right before meals
