HOW TO STICK TO YOUR GOALS

Are you having a hard time sticking to your goals? Don't worry. I got you! Below are my top 4 tips on how to stick with it.

TIP #1: START SMALL

I think a huge mistake the majority of us make is jumping up to level 12 instead of taking the first step. For instance, if you eat fast food everyday and don't workout at all, do you really need to start taking BCAA's? Hell no. You don't have to tackle everything all at once, you can start with 1-2 small goals at a time and work your way up. Not only does this make things much easier on you but you're more likely able to maintain it in the long run.

TIP #2: NO MORE "ALL OR NOTHING"

I used to be guilty of the "all or nothing" mentality which was the biggest mistake I made starting my journey. I constantly felt like I couldn't get my shit together when the reality of it was, I was just being too hard on myself. You don't have to be perfect about it and I think that's where a lot of us mess up. It's okay to indulge or skip a workout. It doesn't mean you messed up or have to start all over, it means you are human.

TIP #3: BUY CUTE GYM CLOTHES

If you are anything like me, cute gym clothes make you feel more confident and push you to work harder. If I go to the gym with an outfit I don't like or don't feel comfortable in, I instantly don't want to be at the gym. So update your 2017 wardrobe with some Roc It Fit Apparel. You won't regret your choice.

TIP #4: ACCOUNTABILITY

Find someone or something that helps to hold you accountable. I can tell you from personal experience, motivation is not what keeps you there. Motivation is something that fires you up to start and while it may be there for a few weeks, it something that comes and goes. This is why it's so critical to find that sense of accountability. So I want to encourage you to grab a gym buddy or work with a trainer, like me! ;)

So that my friends is how to stick to your goals. I hope you found this helpful! Please share this with a friend who may need a little extra help sticking with it :)
