Virtual Group Breathwork Session

Join us for a transformative breath session to conclude the year and realign for what's next. Each session is 60 minutes and takes place from the comfort of your home via zoom. You’ll be lead you through a guided meditation straight into the 30 minute breath practice and we’ll end with a bit of journaling and reflecting. Dropping into the body and smoothing out whatever is currently humming inside the nervous system.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Wednesday, December 27th 5:30-6:30 PM PST

  • Instructions and the zoom link to join the group will be sent to your email on December 26th.

  • The session will be recorded for those who can’t make it. The recording will be sent out 24 hrs after session.

  • You will never be forced to share or open up on our calls. If you want to sit in on the calls and listen without engaging, that is completely okay.

  • This is not therapy, this is a container for deep transformative breathwork and a bit of space holding.

  • Being that there is a limited capacity of participants, tickets are non-refundable. Please be clear on your decision to join prior to signing up.
