I crave intimacy, first and foremost with myself. The kind of connection that I can sink into whenever I need it. A clear and direct route to my own inner knowing.

And breathwork is the gateway to exactly that.

Our bodies are hard wired for this kind of intimacy and yet the way we currently live pushes us further and further away from it. Our cultural values center capitalist notions of productivity over everything–driving us to see being still as an afterthought, something to get to after “important things” or worse—a waste of time. We keep our heads inside of screens, quickly consuming without time or space for integration. Superficially hyper connected while cut off from our emotional bodies. In short, if you are also craving depth and connection, that makes perfect sense.

We deserve to find sanctuary, clarity and solace in our own bodies. And breathwork is an invitation to seek respite from external pressures and return home. To ourselves. With one of the most sacred and natural tools we have.

While the phrase “regulated nervous system” might not turn you on—it is exactly that that allows people to command a room, hold attention, and embody your magnetism. Regulation gives us full access to our “no” as well as our deepest “yes.” It allows us to penetrate beyond the surface of our daily interactions with ourselves and each other and to tap into our core. And a regular practice changes not just how we show up, but how others experience us as well- grounded, clear and magnetic

Join us for a transformative breath session to conclude the year and realign for what's next.

As the year wraps up, join us in this sacred space to clear, cleanse, and release. Facilitated by Devon Day Moretti and Trevor Alexander, guides in the realm of breathwork healing, this session is an opportunity to heal with the collective energy of the group—amplifying the power of your breath.

All experience levels are welcomed. Whether you're a seasoned in your own personal breath practice or taking your first intentional breaths, this session is about coming home to you, with every breath.

Each session is 60 minutes and takes place from the comfort of your home via zoom. You’ll be lead you through a guided meditation straight into the 30 minute breath practice and we’ll end with a bit of journaling and reflecting. Dropping into the body and smoothing out whatever is currently humming inside the nervous system.

  • Wednesday, December 27th 5:30-6:30 PM PST

  • Instructions and the zoom link to join the group will be sent to your email on December 26th

  • The session will be recorded for those who can’t make it. The recording will be sent out 24 hrs after session.

  • You will never be forced to share or open up on our calls. If you want to sit in on the calls and listen without engaging, that is completely okay.

  • This is not therapy, this is a container for deep transformative breathwork and a bit of space holding.

  • Being that there is a limited capacity of participants, tickets are non-refundable. Please be clear on your decision to join prior to signing up.

DEVON MORETTI

Devon works with folks who are wanting to reclaim fitness, their body, their pleasure and their confidence. She’s a trauma informed coach with an array of credentials and certifications in the realms of fitness, nutrition, breath and energy work. Devon is a seasoned coach with over 8 years of expertise and the heart of her work is centered around bringing folks back to themselves.

Trevor alexander

Trevor is a certified breathwork coach, content creator with a bachelors degree in biochemistry. He infuses creativity and an open heart into his work. His superpower lies in his vulnerability and authenticity—with an innate ability to create a safe and comfortable space, making him incredibly easy to talk to. This unique gift, combined with his passion for breathwork, allows him to open people up, fostering a transformative and healing environment.
