If you’ve found your way to my little corner of the internet, I can guess a few (very hot) things about you.

  • You aren’t stuffy or overly concerned with respectability politics (we love an independent thinking queen).

  • You’re curious about exploring yourself and your body in a new way.

  • You likely saw an image of me with a riding crop and thought, “tell me more” (I absolutely will).

You’re in the right place.

I work with women who are seeking to explore their relationship to their energy, their physicality and their confidence through working with the body. This is not light work. And it’s also a lot of fun.

I work through the modalities of personal training, breathwork, trauma informed coaching and sex positive mentorship. Each showing up differently in my individually tailored programming.

Because regardless of what brought you here today, it’s highly likely that part of it is a history of not feeling like your body was your own. Of indoctrination into the ideology that how you look is more important than who you are, and that the majority of your efforts should be placed in shame around this or “fixing” what’s “wrong.”

I know that most of us have had relationships with food, with sex, with our identities and our bodies that are rife with other people’s opinions, cultural narratives and generational trauma.

And I bring all of this awareness with me when I work with clients who want to make all their own determinations about these things. They want to move and dance and f*ck and live like the body they came in is worthy, respected, and deserves their own attention. Some want to get faster or stronger, some are more focused on grounding practices through strength training, some want to thoughtfully cultivate a healthier relationship to food. All of them are in charge of their goals, the language we use about them and the paths we go down to get them there.

Autonomy is my kink and I’m here only to deliver support toward what you want for yourself. The way it always should have been.

I got started in fitness during the winding, disrupted and often dysregulated time of my early 20s. It was in the beginning that I learned the mechanics and logistics of the personal training and programming space. It was also then that I would find myself in the midst of an active eating disorder, in increasingly unhealthy relationships with men and without a self concept grounded in the affirmation of my own worth.

It was also fitness, (for me the habit and skill of strength training) that helped usher me into the woman I am today. Bisexual, slutty, adventurous, disciplined, communicative, fun and compassionate. Often naked and always working on my energy, I am a far cry from where I began and so much closer to where I started. The “me” I always would have come to be, perhaps faster without all the cultural pile ons and personal relationships that forced me away from my inner knowing.

I spend my days on the beach as often as I can muster, I don’t own a bra and I live with a freedom in my body that I want for you. Even if it looks different the way you carry it.

You can call me The Fitness Dom, Dev, or if you’re really lucky, Daddy.

I’ve been featured in major publications including Playboy, Health, Women’s Health, and 614 Magazine for my unique approach to fitness, wellness and women’s overall wellbeing. I also create content around plant medicine, self care, body & sex positivity on Sunroom where spicier content is encouraged.

Whether you are looking to find your breath, get strong af or confidently have sex with the lights on, I know these paths well. And would love to bring my distinctive blend of skills to work for you.

I am always pursuing further education to enrich my practices, share with clients and deepen my work.
