You Lost Weight & You're Still Unhappy

Frankly, we’re fed a mouthful of BS about what it means to be healthy and happy in our bodies.

And yet, most folks who end up losing the weight are still deeply unhappy with themselves. And then, they become fixated on ensuring they never gain the weight back, and if they do—they feel like a complete failure.

What’s more, the way we’ve learned to approach health, completely erodes our ability to trust our bodies, enables eating disorders, and devalues our mental health. We start to feel guilty for the food we eat, use fitness as a punishment, and become obsessed with our bodies.

We’re not here for that.

There’s another way, and if you’re interested, I’m here to show you. I’m going to teach you an approach to health and self-care in a way that values your mental well-being, worthiness, and of course—your happiness.

And allow me to let you in on a little secret…it’s not about changing your body, it’s about changing the relationship you have with your body.

There’s this misconceived notion that when we accept our bodies and love them, it equates to laziness and neglection—but that just isn’t the case.

We take care of what we love.

When you love your body, you treat it with care, compassion, understanding, and respect. This encompasses both speaking kindly to yourself, trusting your body’s process, honoring your body’s most basic needs, and doing the very things that nourish it.

We’re not here to neglect your needs. We’re just here to neglect the things we’ve learned about what it means to take care of those needs. Because it’s definitely not about killing yourself through a workout, following arbitrary food rules, and shaming your body for the way it looks.

I want to show you how to redefine self-care and health through an entirely different lens, and I promise it’s going to be a hell of a lot more pleasurable, sustainable, and suitable for YOU.

It’s time to sort through the BS the world is selling you, so you can come home to yourself. Apply for EmpowerHer Coaching, from there we’ll hop on call to see if this is right for you ✨
